January 4, 2014 - 2 Snow Time

The temperatures finally reached 20 degrees and we took advantage. Andrew and Nelson worked on building a snow fort. Abigail and I went for a walk. Abigail doesn't know quite how to walk in her marshmallow suite. She sort of waddles and it is fun to watch.

After 2 weeks with the kids it was hard to go back to work. We had some great evening snuggle time.

New Year's Day

 We rang in the New Year enjoying a snowy Iowa day! After a long trip back from Christmas vacation we all took it easy. Abigail enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl parade, multiple times! Every time she wanted to see it again she would act like she was playing a trumpet.
